1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register or use KVR Matrimony for matrimonial purposes. Both men and women may register.

2. Accurate Information

You are responsible for providing information that is truthful, current and not misleading. You should update information when it changes.

3. No Profile Verification

KVR Matrimony currently does not provide identity, background, marital-status, education, employment or other profile verification. Information supplied by members is not independently guaranteed by KVR Matrimony. Users must independently verify information and use appropriate caution before communicating, meeting or making decisions about another member.

4. User Conduct

• Do not create a false, misleading or impersonating profile.
• Do not upload unlawful, abusive, obscene, threatening or infringing content.
• Do not misuse another member's personal information.
• Do not use the service for spam, fraud, solicitation or activities unrelated to genuine matrimonial purposes.

5. Assisted Service

Assisted Service provides personalised matchmaking support through a Relationship Manager. It is a facilitation service and does not guarantee that a particular match, response, engagement or marriage will occur.

6. Membership & Payments

Membership plans and fees displayed on the website may be changed from time to time. Current Basic and Premium plans are billed monthly as displayed on the Membership section. Payments made for membership or services are non-refundable. Users should review the selected plan before making payment.

7. Communications

By registering, you agree that KVR Matrimony may contact you regarding your registration, profile, membership, service updates and relevant matrimonial communications.

8. Profile Deletion

You may request or use available website options to delete your profile. Deletion may not immediately remove information that must be retained for legal, security, accounting or operational reasons.

9. Suspension or Termination

KVR Matrimony may restrict, suspend or terminate access where it reasonably believes that a user has violated these terms, misused the service, provided misleading information or created a safety or legal concern.

10. User Responsibility & Safety

Users are responsible for their own interactions and decisions. Do not share sensitive financial information or send money to another member based only on online communication. Consider appropriate verification and safe meeting practices before proceeding.

11. Service Disclaimer

KVR Matrimony is a matchmaking platform and does not guarantee compatibility, communication, engagement, marriage or any particular outcome. The service is provided subject to availability and operational limitations.

12. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated when the service, plans or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published on this website.
